I was hired as a contractor to explore some ideas to develop a partner marketing resource center.
The concept for the resource center was to provide a portal with extensive training material, approved market assets, and swag that could be used during conference and other events.
Google’s numerous partners could use this portal to quickly learn about new products and gain access to white papers, presentations, email & web page templates, and more.
As with all Google products the design style must be inline with Google’s Material Design. The challenge was to make it looks exciting and fresh while adhering to the constraints of this design language. Although Google’s Material Design guidelines has a very recognizable look, it was still flexible enough to allow for some beautiful layouts and unique designs as you can see below.
